David Ehrlich (@davidehrlich on Twitter) is a writer at Indiewire; formerly he wrote at Little White Lies and Rolling Stone, among other publications. He is also one of the hosts of the "Fighting in the War Room" podcast, together with co-hosts Dave Gonzales, Katey Rich, and Matt Patches.
He has appeared in the Blank Check episodes on The Village, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. He is known on the internet for being anti-franchise filmmaking as far as their effect on the movie industry at large and the movies they produce. However he adores the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull movie. An exception that proves the rule.
