Manuela "Mani" Lazic (@ManiLazic on Twitter) is a film critic/columnist for Little White Lies and other publications. Her work can be found here.She is from France but currently resides in London with her sister.

She was a guest on the Near Dark episode of Blank Check. She was interested in the sexual overtones that Kathryn Bigelow's vampire thriller provided. She is a big fan of other similarly themed thrillers such as Basic Instinct, Body Double and Fatal Attraction.

#TheTwoFriends were also lucky enough to have Mani as a guest on The Parent Trap episode of Something's Podda Cast, along with her identical twin sister Elena Lazic. What perfect thematic synergy with the film under discussion!
